Your work stays with you

The web app keeps your Projects, results and API key in your browser. The Mac app keeps them on your Mac, and the key in your Keychain. Studio sends your key and your prompts only to Google, with each run. Aktagon never receives them. Google's terms cover what Google does with your requests.

This site

Cloudflare serves studio.aktagon.com and the downloads at downloads.aktagon.com for Aktagon. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the request. Aktagon reads none of Cloudflare's logs or download counts. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Legal basis

Aktagon's legitimate interest in serving the site and the download (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Cloudflare keeps request data under its own privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). Aktagon keeps none.

Your rights

You can ask Aktagon for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and object to its processing. You can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
